What's happened?
I usually go through the number on the back of my water bill (your water supplier should be able to recommend a non-charlaton plumber).

Nothing's happened, that's the problem. You ring them up to get a qoute for a job, and either they don't return your call or just don't turn up. It'd be easier to get an audience with the Pope.
